Refund Policy for Broker Fee

At Great American Auto Transport (GAATCO), customer satisfaction is a top priority. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which a broker fee may be refunded for services rendered through our auto transport brokerage.

1. Broker Fee Definition

The broker fee is a non-refundable fee charged for coordinating the transport of your vehicle with a licensed and insured carrier. This fee covers administrative costs, route planning, and securing a carrier for your shipment.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund of the broker fee may be issued only under the following circumstances:

• No Carrier Assigned: If GAATCO is unable to assign a carrier within the agreed time frame or delivery window and you choose to cancel prior to dispatch, you are eligible for a full refund of the broker fee.
• Cancellation Prior to Dispatch: If you cancel your order before a carrier has been assigned and dispatched, you may request a refund of the broker fee.
• Duplicate Charges: In the event of accidental duplicate charges to your payment method, a full refund of the excess amount will be issued.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

The broker fee will not be refunded under the following conditions:

• You cancel the order after a carrier has been assigned and/or dispatched.
• The carrier experiences minor delays due to traffic, weather, or mechanical issues.
• You fail to provide accurate pickup/delivery information resulting in a failed or delayed shipment.

5. Refund Processing
