Once you book our service, we schedule a pickup date and assign a carrier. Your vehicle is then loaded onto a trailer (open or enclosed), transported, and delivered to your specified location.
Yes, all vehicles transported through us are fully insured. The coverage begins from the moment your vehicle is loaded until it's delivered. We’ll provide insurance details before transport begins.
Transit times vary by distance:
- Local: 1–3 days
- Cross-country: 5–10 days
We'll provide estimated timeframes and keep you updated.
Delays can happen due to weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. We’ll keep you informed and work to minimize disruptions.
Pickup & Delivery
Yes! We provide convenient door-to-door service. Your vehicle will be picked up and delivered as close to your specified locations as possible, depending on accessibility for large trucks.
We offer flexible scheduling. While we cannot always guarantee an exact time, we provide a pickup window and keep you updated throughout the process.
If you can’t be there, you can assign someone you trust to receive the vehicle. Just make sure they’re aware and authorized to sign off on the delivery.
Vehicle Preparation
- Remove all personal items
- Wash your vehicle for inspection
- Disable alarms
- Ensure the gas tank is ¼ full or less
- Check for leaks or mechanical issues
We recommend removing personal belongings. Some carriers may allow up to 100 lbs in the trunk, but these items are not covered by insurance.

Pricing is based on distance, vehicle size, type of carrier (open or enclosed), route demand, and season. Contact us for a free quote!
A small deposit may be required to schedule your transport. The remaining balance is usually paid upon delivery or as arranged with your shipping coordinator.
